Ron Martinez is an inventor, designer, developer, and storyteller who has written, designed, or coded interactive fiction (as one of its earliest practitioners), graphic adventures, realtime massively multiplayer games, narrative simulations, pathway books, online commerce and publishing systems, and Web3 applications.

In the late 90’s he invented and patented a seminal, cryptographically-enabled, limited edition, digital object technology, a direct forebear of today’s blockchain-based NFTs, and today heads up Headcanon.com, a Web3 product studio.

Hélène Thibieroz, PhD, is an environmental entrepreneur who thrives on uncovering solutions to complex problems through a merger of technology, business and sustainability. She is co-founder and CEO of RainIons, a green technology company whose mission to combat climate change relies on biomimcry-based technologies that deploy a unique combination of negative ions and water to eliminate air pollution. Hélène serves as an advisor to many environmental organizations, including the Sustainable Ocean Alliance, a global community of youth, entrepreneurs, and experts, all collaborating to solve the greatest challenges facing our ocean.

Josh Humbert arrived in French Polynesia at age two and is thus deeply connected to Tahitian culture and ocean renewal. He was one of the first resident pearl technicians to incorporate concepts of sustainability in the Tahitian pearl industry. His family farm Kamoka Pearl is known internationally for its progressive methods and beautiful pearls.

Josh is a current world record holder spearfisherman and his love for and ease in the water infuses his work. A photographer for National Geographic, his works have appeared in magazines, books and online since 2008.

Susanna Camp is an author, editor and educator. She was an early team leader at Wired magazine, where she led the creation of one of the first online communities, and has also worked on the staff of Macworld, PCWorld, and Outside magazines. She publishes stories regularly on SmartUp.life, an online innovation hub that offers case studies on entrepreneurship and innovation, and is the co-author of The Entrepreneur’s Faces. A Harvard-trained instructional designer, she teaches at University of San Francisco, UCSF, Universidade Europeia and elsewhere. Her personal website is at https://susanna.camp.
